1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Audlis Global ("Audlis", "we", "our"). By accessing audlis.com, registering an account, using the AI studio, browsing the gallery, or placing an order, you accept these Terms.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not use the service.
2. Account & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of contractual capacity in your jurisdiction.
- Information you provide on registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including keeping your password secure.
- Accounts are not transferable. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Use of the AI Studio
Audlis provides AI-powered image generation and design tools ("AI Studio") to help you create artwork suitable for printing or production.
Final use of any AI output is your decision. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are fit for every purpose.
- You agree not to use the AI Studio to generate content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, likeness, privacy, or other legal right.
- You may not generate content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or that incites violence or hatred.
- You may not circumvent or attempt to bypass AI safety filters, the credits system, or rate limits.
- We may restrict, remove, or freeze outputs and accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of designs you upload or generate in the AI Studio ("User Content"), provided you lawfully hold or have licensed the rights to that content.
- You grant Audlis a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your User Content solely to: (a) render mockups and fulfill orders you place; (b) share production-ready files with our print and manufacturing partners; (c) display the content in the creator marketplace or in marketing surfaces with your consent.
- Ownership of material produced by AI models is governed by the terms of the underlying model and service provider and by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Audlis makes no representation as to AI-output copyright status.
- Audlis retains all rights in the site itself, our brand name, trademarks, product photography (excluding your designs), copy, code, and design assets.
5. Products, Pricing & Orders
- Each gallery mockup represents one specific (color × size × technique) combination. Prices are calculated as supplier cost × published markup and shown on the product page.
- Technique upcharges (e.g. unlimited-color embroidery) are surfaced before checkout.
- Placing an order constitutes a binding offer to purchase at the prices shown at the time of submission.
- We may cancel an order before confirmation due to pricing errors, stock issues, or compliance reasons, and will refund in full.
6. Made-to-Order, Shipping & Taxes
- Audlis operates on a made-to-order basis. Production begins after order confirmation; typical apparel turnaround is 2–7 days, plus shipping time.
- Shipping fees are calculated by Audlis and Printful (our primary production partner) based on destination country and region and are shown at checkout.
- Duties and destination-country VAT or sales tax are typically not included in the listed price and may be assessed to you as the importer of record. Specific rules depend on your country.
- Once a tracking number is issued, the order is considered shipped. Carrier delays, loss, or damage are handled per the carrier's compensation policy.
7. Returns & Aftercare
- Custom items (any mockup made with AI Studio designs or user-uploaded artwork — i.e. every gallery piece) are non-returnable, because each is produced individually for your order.
- If a piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, contact support within 30 days with photos. We will arrange a remake or full refund.
- Non-custom, stocked items (where offered) are eligible for unopened return within 30 days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to process.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Uploading or generating content that infringes intellectual-property, trademark, likeness, or privacy rights.
- Uploading or generating sexual, violent, hateful, self-harm, child-unsafe, or otherwise unlawful content.
- Using automated scripts, scrapers, or other tools to mass-extract site data or abuse APIs.
- Reverse-engineering, copying, or attempting to obtain source code, model weights, or proprietary algorithms.
- Impersonating another person, faking payment information, money-laundering, or other unlawful transactions.
- Fraudulently obtaining credits, refunds, discounts, or promotional rewards.
9. Creator Marketplace & Licensing
If you upload designs, images, video, or audio to the Audlis creator marketplace (the Design Gallery) and publish them as licensable assets, you consent to license them to other users under the terms you set (free remix and/or paid commercial license).
You represent that you hold every right necessary to upload and license the work. Any third-party claim arising from your uploads is your responsibility.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audlis disclaims all express and implied warranties regarding uninterrupted, error-free service, or the accuracy or fitness of AI outputs.
Audlis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability to you is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid Audlis in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Audlis and its officers, employees, and partners against any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) content you upload that infringes third-party rights; (c) your misuse of the AI Studio or service.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
Audlis may suspend or terminate your account and any unfulfilled orders if you breach these Terms, abuse the service, or where required by law. Already-shipped orders are unaffected.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware with proper jurisdiction, or by AAA Commercial Arbitration if both parties agree.
Certain jurisdictions may grant you non-waivable consumer rights. These Terms do not limit such rights.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our business processes, technology, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be communicated through site notices or email. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
