1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every visitor and user of Audlis, including AI Studio users, creators who upload work, customers placing orders, and participants in the creator marketplace. Continued use of Audlis constitutes acceptance of this policy. Violating it may result in content removal, order cancellation, account suspension or termination, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.
2. What You Are Responsible For
- Ensuring that everything you upload to Audlis (images, video, music, copy, fonts) is owned by you or properly licensed.
- When you use the AI Studio, you are responsible for the prompts you provide and the output that results. AI output can be unpredictable — review it before use.
- Anything you publish on the creator marketplace must be accompanied by accurate licensing terms, usage limits, and price information.
- Every piece you order must reflect designs, text, trademarks, and likenesses that you have confirmed do not infringe third-party rights.
3. Content You May Not Generate
- Child sexual content, sexualization of minors, or any content that endangers a minor.
- Non-consensual sexual content, intimate imagery, or deepfakes of real people, including public figures.
- Content that incites violence, terrorism, genocide, or mass harm.
- Hateful or harassing content targeting protected attributes (race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, etc.).
- Content promoting self-harm, suicide, dangerous dieting, or eating disorders.
- Instructions for illegal drugs, weapons manufacture, explosives, or other illegal goods.
- Fabricated medical, legal, or financial advice, or impersonation of medical or legal authorities.
- Counterfeit official documents, currency, identity cards, or tickets.
4. Content You May Not Upload or Print
- Third-party trademarks, brand logos, or copyrighted images without authorization.
- Unauthorized celebrity likenesses, public-figure faces, or other identifiable personal features.
- Defamatory portrayals of sitting heads of state, religious leaders, or politically sensitive figures (assessed against local law and platform policy).
- Official uniforms or insignia of military, police, fire, medical, or other public-service institutions.
- Symbols or propaganda associated with internationally sanctioned regions.
- Pornographic or nude imagery, regardless of stated "artistic" intent.
- Designs that create a false association with the Audlis brand or our production partners.
5. AI Studio Rules
- You may not circumvent or attempt to bypass AI safety filters, content moderation, or rate limits.
- You may not use automated scripts to mass-generate content, abuse the credits system, or otherwise overuse compute resources.
- You may not reverse-engineer, extract weights, or attempt to exfiltrate system prompts from the AI Studio or underlying models.
- Prompts that explicitly or implicitly request prohibited content listed in Sections 3 and 4 are not allowed.
- One account per real person. Buying, sharing, or automating access to accounts is not allowed.
6. Creator Marketplace Conduct
- Licensing terms declared on each upload must be genuine and accurate.
- Fabricated "sold" or "popular" stats and manipulated reviews are not allowed.
- You may not inflate views, earnings, or commissions through automation or multiple accounts.
- When a copyright complaint targets your work, cooperate with the investigation and remove the asset if required.
- Accounts that are repeatedly determined to be infringing are permanently banned; settled and unsettled earnings are handled per platform policy.
7. System & Security
- Penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, DDoS attacks, and other unauthorized security activity against the site, APIs, databases, or infrastructure are not allowed.
- You may not attempt to access another user's account, orders, designs, or private data.
- Crawlers, scrapers, or other automation tools may not be used to extract site content, except through our public APIs and within published rate limits.
- Found a security issue? Disclose responsibly via `/bespoke` or our security@ email.
8. Enforcement
- First-time minor violation: warning plus removal of the relevant content or order.
- Serious or repeat violations: account suspension, balance freeze, cancellation of unfulfilled orders.
- Severe violations (child-unsafe content, violent threats, fraud, attacks on our systems, etc.): permanent ban and reporting to relevant authorities or affected parties.
- The remedies listed are not exhaustive. Audlis reserves the right to escalate or de-escalate based on the specific circumstances.
9. Appeals
If you believe an action was taken against your account or content in error, you may file an appeal via `/bespoke` with your order number or account email and a description of the situation. We will re-review and respond with the outcome.
10. Policy Updates
This Acceptable Use Policy may change as laws, technologies, or platform features evolve. Significant updates are communicated through site notices or email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
