1. The Overall Flow

Audlis pieces are made-to-order. Once your payment clears, your order enters the production queue. After the factory finishes the piece and hands it to the carrier, you receive a shipping notification with a tracking number. This policy covers timing, cost, and responsibility from order placement to delivery.

2. Production Lead Times

  • Apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts; DTG / DTF printing): typically 2–5 business days.
  • Embroidered items: typically 4–7 business days.
  • Art prints & home goods: typically 3–6 business days.
  • Peak-demand periods (around major holidays) may add 1–2 business days.
  • Production times above do not include shipping time.

3. Regions We Ship To

Audlis ships through Printful's global fulfillment network, serving nearly 100 countries and regions including the US, Canada, the EU, the UK, Australia, Japan, and China. The product page's Shipping tab lists supported destinations and their rates, and availability is reconfirmed at checkout.

4. Delivery Windows

  • United States: 5–8 calendar days (standard).
  • Canada: 7–12 calendar days.
  • European Union & United Kingdom: 8–15 calendar days.
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 calendar days.
  • Asia & other regions: 10–20 calendar days.
  • These are carrier estimates measured from the date the parcel is dispatched and exclude customs holds or service exceptions.

5. How Shipping Fees Are Calculated

Shipping fees are calculated by Audlis and Printful based on destination, region, and item weight, and are shown before checkout. Fees scale with order quantity (a first-item rate plus an additional-item rate). The final figure is the one displayed on the checkout page. We do not bundle free-shipping promotions into product prices; all costs appear transparently at checkout.

6. Duties & Destination Taxes

Audlis ships on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis: product prices do not include duties, VAT, or sales tax charged by the destination country. These charges are set by the destination government and are payable by you, as the recipient and importer of record, upon delivery or carrier notice. Thresholds and rates vary by country — please be aware before ordering.

If a parcel is refused and returned, you are responsible for the original duties and any return shipping. These amounts will be deducted from any refund issued.

7. Address & Delivery

  • Please verify your shipping address, postal code, and phone at checkout.
  • We cannot change the destination address after the order is confirmed with the production partner.
  • If an address error causes the parcel to be returned, you cover the cost of re-shipment. If you cancel instead, only the merchandise cost is refunded; the original shipping fee is not.
  • Some countries require a phone or email for customs filing or last-mile delivery notifications. Please make sure these are correct.

8. Tracking & Exceptions

  • You receive one or more tracking numbers by email when your order ships.
  • Tracking typically begins updating within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
  • If tracking stalls for an extended period (typically more than 7 days), please contact support. We will open a trace with the carrier.
  • Once the carrier confirms loss (or compensation is approved), we will remake or refund per our Returns & Refunds policy at `/policies/returns`.

9. Multi-Item Orders

An order containing items from different product categories may ship in multiple parcels from different fulfillment facilities. Each parcel has its own tracking number and may arrive at a different time.

10. Restricted Destinations

For compliance, sanctions, or carrier reasons, Audlis does not currently ship to certain countries and regions. This list may change as regulations and carrier policy evolve. The checkout page flags any destination address that we cannot serve.
